Every project is developed in-house by the team, from concept to final build, in five stages.
Concept & Planning
Identifying each competition's specific requirements and setting performance goals, with an early study of aerodynamics, structure, materials and propulsion systems.
Design & Modeling
Aerodynamic, structural, electronic and stability calculations and analyses, followed by detailed 3D modeling of the entire aircraft.
Prototyping & Manufacturing
Fabricating parts with techniques like laser cutting and 3D printing, and fully assembling the aircraft while integrating its electronic and mechanical systems.
Testing & Tuning
Flight tests to assess the aircraft's real-world performance, with continuous iteration and optimization based on the results.
Competition Prep
Final calibration of controls and control systems, plus maintenance and technical support during the competition events.
